Discussion: Can the payoff of a student’s higher learning transfer back to the rural communities they came from?

The director of the Transforming Higher Education project, James French, was featured in an article from The Global Forum on Agricultural Research and Innovation (GFAR) titled “Empowering Agriculture Education for Rural Impact.”
