En una entrevista exclusiva con Daniel Alberto Panti Gonz\u00e1lez, facilitador del proyecto Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior, se revelaron los detalles de este ambicioso plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto busca integrar los principios del \u00e9xito en cada aspecto de la vida estudiantil y comunitaria, abrazando la innovaci\u00f3n y la \u00e9tica como pilares fundamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>\u201cLa idea de institucionalizar estos elementos surgi\u00f3 como respuesta a la necesidad de establecer directrices claras dentro de la instituci\u00f3n. La resistencia inicial, especialmente entre los profesores, requiri\u00f3 un enfoque gradual para involucrar a todos los actores clave en el proceso. Los cursos de inducci\u00f3n para nuevos estudiantes y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n constante en las reuniones acad\u00e9micas contribuyeron a consolidar la aceptaci\u00f3n y comprensi\u00f3n de la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los resultados, Daniel mencion\u00f3 que, si bien la pandemia present\u00f3 obst\u00e1culos en la comunicaci\u00f3n de los logros a los estudiantes, hubo un impacto positivo en la retenci\u00f3n de la matr\u00edcula. Sin embargo, el equipo del Tecnol\u00f3gico de Hopelch\u00e9n est\u00e1 trabajando en documentar m\u00e1s a fondo estos resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a><strong><em>\u201cSomos un tecnol\u00f3gico relativamente peque\u00f1o, el m\u00e1s joven dentro de toda la red de tecnol\u00f3gicos del Tecnol\u00f3gico Nacional de M\u00e9xico la de administraci\u00f3n, la de innovaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola sustentable y la de ingenier\u00eda en sistemas entonces\u201d, cierra Panti.<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>A nivel emocional y cultural, el objetivo final es que los estudiantes se conviertan en agentes de cambio en sus comunidades. Se busca que, al graduarse, no solo lleven consigo conocimientos acad\u00e9micos, sino tambi\u00e9n un fuerte sentido de responsabilidad social y \u00e9tica. La esperanza es que los v\u00ednculos entre el tecnol\u00f3gico y las comunidades circundantes se fortalezcan, generando un impacto duradero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con planes a corto, mediano y largo plazo, el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Hopelch\u00e9n busca consolidar la institucionalizaci\u00f3n de los 5 Elementos del \u00c9xito, asegurando que esta iniciativa trascienda individuos y perdure en el tiempo.
