{"id":5656,"date":"2023-11-14T23:16:45","date_gmt":"2023-11-14T23:16:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transforminghigher.education\/?p=5656"},"modified":"2023-11-15T01:33:22","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T01:33:22","slug":"la-transformacion-de-la-educacion-superior-y-sus-alcances-globales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transforminghigher.education\/es\/la-transformacion-de-la-educacion-superior-y-sus-alcances-globales\/","title":{"rendered":"LA TRANSFORMACI\u00d3N DE LA EDUCACI\u00d3N SUPERIOR Y SUS ALCANCES GLOBALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La experiencia de COMEAA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COMEAA es el Comit\u00e9 Mexicano De Acreditaci\u00f3n De La Educaci\u00f3n Agron\u00f3mica (COMEAA), quienes desde diciembre de 2021 establecieron una alianza de cooperaci\u00f3n con el Proyecto de Transformaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior para el impulso de las acreditaciones de carreras relacionadas a la agronom\u00eda en M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica, con la intenci\u00f3n de llevar el modelo a la mayor cantidad de instituciones a lo largo de toda la regi\u00f3n. En la conferencia global \u201cCambio transformacional en la educaci\u00f3n superior para abordar los desaf\u00edos del siglo XXI\u201d, COMEAA expuso sobre su marco de seis pasos en el que se coloca al estudiante en el centro de la ense\u00f1anza, rompiendo con los esquemas establecidos en los que la educaci\u00f3n se enfocaba en el profesor, el plan de estudio o incluso en la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos 6 pasos son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Entender que existen curr\u00edculos obsoletos, r\u00edgidos, poco o nada innovadores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desaprender, olvidar los m\u00e9todos pedag\u00f3gicos tradicionales o el proceso de formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica que se ha vivido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entender que tanto docentes como alumnos aprenden unos de otros creando sinergias disruptivas y creativas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responder a la utilidad de lo que se ense\u00f1a ya que no es lo mismo preguntar <em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 quieres estudiar? \u00bfQu\u00e9 quieres ser?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analizar el hecho de que la educaci\u00f3n ha cambiado muy poco con el pasar de los a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No evaluar una educaci\u00f3n memor\u00edstica, cuyo objetivo es no reprobar la prueba.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El marco de COMEAA est\u00e1 compuesto por seis categor\u00edas y 28 indicadores en total, e incluye los cinco elementos clave de \u00e9xito, no como indicadores, sino como l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada programa educativo establece las estrategias, acciones y metas para cumplir con lo establecido en cada uno de los cinco elementos, por lo tanto, las metas son medibles y cuantificables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El trabajo de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Instituciones de Investigaci\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola de Asia y el Pac\u00edfico (APAARI):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n de Instituciones de Investigaci\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola de Asia-Pac\u00edfico (APAARI) es una organizaci\u00f3n voluntaria \u00fanica, basada en membres\u00eda, autoimpuesta, apol\u00edtica y de m\u00faltiples partes interesadas en la regi\u00f3n de Asia-Pac\u00edfico. Promueve y fortalece los sistemas de investigaci\u00f3n e innovaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcolas y agroalimentarios a trav\u00e9s de alianzas y colaboraci\u00f3n, desarrollo de capacidades y promoci\u00f3n del desarrollo agr\u00edcola sostenible en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde su establecimiento en 1990, ha contribuido significativamente a abordar las necesidades de investigaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola y mejorar la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional. Los v\u00ednculos estrechos, las redes, las alianzas y la colaboraci\u00f3n con las partes interesadas que APAARI ha desarrollado a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, as\u00ed como su buena voluntad, autoridad y enfoque en los resultados, hacen de la Asociaci\u00f3n un actor valioso en la regi\u00f3n. El objetivo final de APAARI es ayudar a alcanzar los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en Asia y el Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2017, la Asociaci\u00f3n tuvo contacto con el modelo de Transformaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de GCHERA, con quienes decidieron comenzar un proceso de conversaciones y entrenamiento para factibilizar una alianza en 2021-2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo espera APAARI unir sus objetivos con los que plantea el proyecto?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El enfoque de APAARI y GCHERA en el desarrollo de capacidades est\u00e1 alineado con el objetivo del Plan de Acci\u00f3n TAP, que es \u201cfacilitar el desarrollo de capacidades para la innovaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los j\u00f3venes son cr\u00edticos para el futuro desarrollo global, por lo que es esencial que los sistemas educativos empoderen a los graduados para que sean l\u00edderes en la catalizaci\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las Instituciones de Educaci\u00f3n Superior (IES) tambi\u00e9n deben estar empoderadas para avanzar en un compromiso y liderazgo m\u00e1s activos para hacer que el cambio suceda y contribuir a la sostenibilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modelo de Universidad EARTH y experiencia bajo el Proyecto Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior, combinado con el Marco Com\u00fan TAP, para ser utilizado como un modelo internacional para preparar l\u00edderes \u00e9ticos como agentes de cambio positivo para abordar los desaf\u00edos sociales, econ\u00f3micos y ambientales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ampliar el Proyecto Piloto GCHERA y las iniciativas relacionadas con TAP a las instituciones interesadas en Asia-Pac\u00edfico, con un enfoque en el desarrollo organizacional e institucional de las IES para beneficiar a los peque\u00f1os agricultores. Sin duda, estas dos organizaciones son un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo el modelo se puede adaptar y replicar en dos mercados muy diferentes, con necesidades clim\u00e1ticas, sociales, ambientales, entre otras, muy diferentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el futuro del proyecto de transformaci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n superior?<br><br>\nNuestras instituciones tienen claro que la continuidad del proyecto es imprescindible para lograr la implementaci\u00f3n total por parte de la universidad piloto y para seguir involucrando nuevas iniciativas a nivel mundial. Es necesario garantizar que al egresar se cumpla un ciclo completo de implementaci\u00f3n en cada una de las universidades piloto para el primer grupo de estudiantes bajo el nuevo modelo. Las universidades piloto contin\u00faan adaptando, capacitando y fortaleciendo el modelo en beneficio de sus estudiantes y futuros egresados. El impacto y el \u00e9xito del cambio deben evaluarse despu\u00e9s de que los graduados comiencen a marcar la diferencia en sus comunidades. Las universidades piloto coinciden en la importancia de que sus estudiantes inicien sus estudios bajo el nuevo modelo educativo desde el primer semestre para tener un impacto total en su desarrollo como profesionales.<br>\nEl Proyecto ha demostrado su eficacia en la creaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n exitosas de un proceso de cambio transformador que se puede compartir e implementar en otras partes del mundo y que se puede extender a toda la universidad. Necesitamos continuar efectuando un cambio de transformaci\u00f3n para que nuestros profesionales agr\u00edcolas est\u00e9n a la altura de los desaf\u00edos y expectativas de la sociedad en el siglo XXI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Video de la Facultad de Ciencias Agropecuarias de la Universidad de Panam\u00e1.
