En el D\u00eda de la Micro, Peque\u00f1a y Mediana Empresa, que se celebr\u00f3 el 27 de junio, queremos compartir la historia de V\u00edctor, Freddy y Aar\u00f3n, tres estudiantes de la generaci\u00f3n 2019 del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Conkal.<\/p>\n

Como parte de los cinco elementos de \u00e9xito planteados por el proyecto Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior, los tres, a trav\u00e9s de actividades de aprendizaje experiencial como parte de su plan de estudios, han desarrollado habilidades empresariales, pensamiento \u00e9tico y una mentalidad basada en valores, adem\u00e1s de la capacidad de trabajar en equipos en su comunidad.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl caso de estos j\u00f3venes estudiantes cobra relevancia en la medida en que nosotros, como su universidad, somos testigos de su nivel de compromiso con las actividades dictadas en el programa escolar y m\u00e1s a\u00fan, cuando son un grupo proactivo e innovador por s\u00ed mismo. Este esp\u00edritu trabajador les permiti\u00f3 consolidarse como un ejemplo para m\u00e1s generaciones, donde son reconocidos por su trabajo en equipo, corresponsabilidad en la toma de decisiones, valores, resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y emprendimiento\u201d, mencionaron los representantes universitarios en un comunicado.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

El tr\u00edo es originario del municipio de Akil, Yucat\u00e1n, M\u00e9xico, y est\u00e1n comprometidos a apoyar a su comunidad transmitiendo los conocimientos adquiridos en la universidad.<\/p>\n

Hoy est\u00e1n involucrados en el proyecto de producci\u00f3n ovina, dirigido por el Dr. \u00c1ngel Pi\u00f1eiro; mientras siguen trabajando en su comunidad con cultivos de chile Xkatik y son due\u00f1os de su parcela productiva de pepino, calabaza y chile. Gracias a ello, reciben ingresos suficientes para reinvertir en la producci\u00f3n, contribuir a la econom\u00eda familiar y solventar sus gastos personales.<\/p>\n

Es importante mencionar que este grupo de estudiantes ha logrado alcanzar una visi\u00f3n empresarial sustentable, comprometida con el medio ambiente, la comunidad y, sobre todo, con compartir sus conocimientos con otros compa\u00f1eros del instituto, actuando como gu\u00eda y formador de alumnos de las nuevas generaciones.<\/p>\n

El respeto, la puntualidad, la honestidad, la \u00e9tica, entre otros, son valores que arraigan en este grupo de trabajo. La familia, la comunidad, la universidad y los amigos son los elementos clave que los estudiantes mencionaron como promotores y dinamizadores de estas caracter\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n

Desde Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior y el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Conkal estamos orgullosos de estos tres estudiantes, quienes han logrado convertirse en un ejemplo de esos l\u00edderes creativos del futuro que esperamos ver m\u00e1s a menudo, capaces de enfrentar las necesidades nutricionales del mundo moderno.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
