Los d\u00edas 8 - 9 - 18 y 19 de diciembre de 2021, representantes de las Universidades Piloto involucradas en el proyecto Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior participaron de un taller donde compartieron sus experiencias en la transformaci\u00f3n de sus modelos educativos.\nTuvieron la oportunidad de presentar y discutir sus logros y desaf\u00edos en la implementaci\u00f3n de los cinco elementos del \u00e9xito en sus instituciones, con la esperanza de aprender de las experiencias de los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Aprendizaje experiencial<\/strong>:<\/span> Todas las universidades piloto consideran el aprendizaje experiencial como la metodolog\u00eda did\u00e1ctica central de su nuevo modelo educativo y que est\u00e1 transformando los procesos y la calidad del aprendizaje y la formaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes en sus instituciones. Todas las universidades colocan a los estudiantes y su aprendizaje como eje central de las actividades universitarias.<\/p>

Involucramiento comunitario: <\/strong><\/span>Todas las universidades est\u00e1n implementando y\/o fortaleciendo la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad, pero tomando caminos diferentes. Algunos incluyen investigaci\u00f3n aplicada, proyectos de desarrollo comunitario, pasant\u00edas, manejo de parcelas agr\u00edcolas, d\u00edas de campo, consultor\u00edas t\u00e9cnicas y voluntariado, como componentes de sus actividades de participaci\u00f3n comunitaria. Estos ofrecen a los estudiantes la oportunidad de comprender y analizar la realidad, crear redes, visualizar oportunidades de proyectos, analizar problemas cr\u00edticamente y dise\u00f1ar formas de resolver estos problemas. Obliga a los estudiantes a salir de su zona de confort y a desarrollar y potenciar sus capacidades de liderazgo. Los estudiantes aprenden a comprender y empatizar con los problemas que enfrentan las comunidades de las que provienen.<\/p>

Emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> <\/span>Las universidades piloto reconocen la importancia de formar egresados con capacidad para desarrollar sus propios negocios y con mentalidad emprendedora con el fin de generar autoempleo y empleo comunitario, desarrollar valor agregado a lo largo de la cadena de valor y generar mayor dinamismo para las econom\u00edas locales y comunidades, Por tanto, un objetivo compartido es la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales agrarios como emprendedores y con mentalidad emprendedora.<\/p>

Formaci\u00f3n con \u00e9tica y valores:<\/strong> <\/span>Debemos institucionalizar la educaci\u00f3n en \u00e9tica y valores como parte integral del modelo educativo de la universidad. Para lograrlo, debe integrarse sist\u00e9micamente dentro de la experiencia educativa universitaria, y debe ser tratado sistem\u00e1ticamente a trav\u00e9s de las actividades universitarias. Todas las universidades piloto reconocen que la formaci\u00f3n en valores es tarea de todos en la instituci\u00f3n, desde jardineros, choferes, cocineros, administradores, docentes e incluso los rectores universitarios superiores.<\/p>

En resumen, los elementos de \u00e9xito son esenciales para la formaci\u00f3n de \"Agentes de Cambio\". Encontramos que est\u00e1n interrelacionados entre s\u00ed y por lo tanto es m\u00e1s eficiente y efectivo tratarlos de manera integral y no individual.
