En el mes de noviembre de 2021, los miembros de las universidades piloto del Proyecto Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (Universidad Quisqueya, ITESCAM, IT-Conkal, e ITS-Hopelch\u00e9n) participaron de un taller de cuatro d\u00edas, cuyo prop\u00f3sito fue compartir sus principales experiencias, incluyendo \u00e9xitos, desaf\u00edos y problemas y c\u00f3mo los han superado y as\u00ed fomentar el aprendizaje cruzado entre todas las instituciones.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La sesi\u00f3n fue incre\u00edblemente enriquecedora, donde cada facilitador present\u00f3 sus principales hallazgos, fomentando la conversaci\u00f3n y la discusi\u00f3n, bajo la premisa de que \u201clo que yo s\u00e9, puede ser \u00fatil para otro\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Entre algunos de los consensos que se alcanzaron conjuntamente entre todas las universidades participantes est\u00e1n:<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Conocimiento ancestral:<\/span> El involucramiento de la comunidad y las familias de los estudiantes en el modelo de educaci\u00f3n experiencial, ha permitido que muchas de las instituciones recuperen conocimiento relacionado con las primeras generaciones de agricultores de la zona, permitiendo un intercambio interesante entre las nuevas t\u00e9cnicas, basadas en la ciencia y todas aquellas pr\u00e1cticas derivadas del empirismo de los primeros habitantes del lugar.<\/li>
  • Aprendizaje experiencial:<\/span> Este modelo educativo permite a los alumnos de aplicar la teor\u00eda que aprenden en clase a situaciones y problemas reales, y de aprender de las experiencias. La flexibilidad de este modelo educativo permite aprender de las pruebas y errores. Esto es la riqueza del aprendizaje experiencial.<\/li><\/ul>
    • Trabajo interdisciplinario:<\/span> La sinergia obtenida del involucramiento de diferentes sectores ha contribuido en que no solo los estudiantes y los docentes se comuniquen entre s\u00ed, sino, dentro de las mismas universidades, otras carreras han integrado sus conocimientos para que los proyectos en beneficio de la comunidad sean integrales. Adem\u00e1s, a nivel externo, las universidades han -en muchos casos iniciado, incluso- la comunicaci\u00f3n con el sector privado, abriendo las puertas a la inversi\u00f3n, la generaci\u00f3n de empleo; y con el sector p\u00fablico, generando tambi\u00e9n oportunidades laborales y reconocimiento de las propuestas a nivel gubernamental.<\/li><\/ul>
      • Competitividad y reactivaci\u00f3n de algunas \u00e1reas productivas:<\/span> Trabajar directamente con las comunidades gener\u00f3 que las partes se dieran cuenta de \u00e1reas econ\u00f3micas inexploradas o poco explotadas, capaces de generar ingresos.<\/li><\/ul>
        • Cambio de mentalidad a los profesores:<\/span> Se les demuestra que se optimiza el tiempo de su docencia, aprovechando el tiempo al m\u00e1ximo.<\/li><\/ul>
          • Profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los t\u00edtulos:<\/span> Actualmente las universidades exploran no solamente las carreras que ofrecen, sino tambi\u00e9n t\u00e9cnicos. En los nuevos graduados, se incluyen los elementos del \u00e9xito, generando profesionales integrales.<\/li><\/ul>
            • Aprendizaje colaborativo y catalizadores de potencial:<\/span> Incita a que los estudiantes exploten al m\u00e1ximo su potencial, incentiv\u00e1ndolos a probar \u00e1reas fuera de su zona de confort o algunas que ni siquiera sab\u00edan que ten\u00edan aptitud.<\/li>
            • Los profesores <\/span>toman un rol no solo de ense\u00f1anza de la materia t\u00e9cnica, sino de impulsor de las habilidades blandas, la creaci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes, el fomento de valores y \u00e9tica y juntos forman a un estudiante capaz de enfrentar los retos de la sociedad actual.
