Kellogg brindar\u00e1 apoyo al trabajo comunitario del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Superior de Hopelch\u00e9n a trav\u00e9s del Programa de fortalecimiento de las competencias profesionales, humanas y de emprendimiento de los estudiantes del ITS Hopelch\u00e9n, una iniciativa que busca fortalecer las competencias profesionales, humanas y de emprendimiento de los estudiantes, adem\u00e1s de potenciar el aprendizaje experiencial, a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de sus conocimientos y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n con productores locales. <em>Program for Strengthening the Professional, Human and Entrepreneurial Competencies of ITS Hopelch\u00e9n Students<\/em>, an initiative that seeks to strengthen the professional, human and entrepreneurial competencies of students, in addition to promoting experiential learning, through the application of their knowledge and feedback with local producers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ae3a99 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7ae3a99\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para implementarlo, el programa tiene cinco objetivos espec\u00edficos. Para desarrollarlos, tuvimos la oportunidad de conversar con Hiram Aranda, director general del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Superior de Hopelch\u00e9n quien explica c\u00f3mo la incorporaci\u00f3n de este proyecto viene a sumarle al exitoso trabajo comunitario que el instituto ven\u00eda trabajando y el cual se reforz\u00f3 con la pandemia. \n<br><br>\nEl primer objetivo es propiciar los espacios y oportunidades de que los estudiantes del ITSH contin\u00faen con su preparaci\u00f3n profesional en sus comunidades a trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n de actividades de aprendizaje experiencial, como alternativa a las circunstancias propias del aislamiento social debido a la contingencia sanitaria vigente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0de6a13 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0de6a13\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p><em>\u201cDesde que tuvimos que suspender las labores nos las hemos tratado de ingeniar para seguir trabajando con ellos y seguirles garantizando y verificando su aprovechamiento acad\u00e9mico\u201d, menciona Aranda. Por eso el ITSH ha implementado un sistema de visitas a las comunidades, para darle seguimiento a los proyectos. \u201cNuestra zona de influencia es de aproximadamente 170km a la redonda, m\u00e1s o menos. Tenemos chicos de cerca de 45 localidades y los hemos visitado a todos en al menos 3 ocasiones\u201d. <\/em>says Aranda. For this reason, the ITSH has implemented a system of visits to the communities, to monitor the projects.<em> \u201cOur area of influence is within a 170km radias of the institute. We have students from about 45 locations, and we have visited all of them at least 3 times\u201d.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4aa25da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4aa25da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El segundo objetivo es propiciar una vinculaci\u00f3n participativa, en ambos sentidos entre las comunidades incluidas y el ITSH. Para esto, la instituci\u00f3n ha estado impulsando la creaci\u00f3n de proyectos productivos que integren a todos los estudiantes -independientemente del semestre y de la carrera que cursen-.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26187e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26187e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p><em>\u201cL\u00f3gicamente cada uno le tendr\u00e1 que dar una salida de acuerdo a su carrera profesional. Esto se est\u00e1 echando a andar y ha sido muy bien aceptado, lo cual nos permiti\u00f3 recuperar un poco el \u00e1nimo de los estudiantes, que estaba bastante perdido. Estamos apostando por un aprendizaje experiencial que va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que fomentar una pr\u00e1ctica. No solo es el know how (c\u00f3mo), es el know why (por qu\u00e9), el know for (para qui\u00e9n) y el know who (con qui\u00e9n)\u201d.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14d30d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14d30d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Otras de las metas est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionadas con la creaci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes comunitarios, aprovechando y potenciando las cualidades de los estudiantes, adem\u00e1s de generar espacios que fomenten la investigaci\u00f3n y la pr\u00e1ctica de lo aprendido en la universidad en la realidad de sus vecindarios.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46052b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46052b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Finalmente, uno de los objetivos m\u00e1s importantes es la aplicaci\u00f3n de los conocimientos te\u00f3ricos en situaciones reales de producci\u00f3n y desarrollo de empresas sociales en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5d549d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5d549d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote><p><em>\u201cActualmente tenemos en papel unos 25 proyectos, de estos tenemos que ver cu\u00e1les sobrepasan esta fase y logran constituirse formalmente. El apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3n Kellogg nos ayudar\u00e1 significativamente por ejemplo para adquirir elementos como mallas, mangueras de riego, algunos alambres y herramientas para reforzar estas iniciativas\u201d.<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u201cEntre algunos de los proyectos que tenemos est\u00e1 el rescate de apiarios, en donde los estudiantes reciben abejas reina de nuestro propio campus, adem\u00e1s de toda nuestra asesor\u00eda. Hay otros que est\u00e1n sembrando lim\u00f3n, pitaya, tenemos tambi\u00e9n un grupo que est\u00e1 rescatando un fruto que se llama lec y hay proyectos de tipo pastoreo con borregos que tienen en sus casas o terrenos. Otra valiosa incorporaci\u00f3n han sido trabajos de egresados que ahora est\u00e1n en manos de estudiantes actuales, por ejemplo, productos de harina de ma\u00edz como pinole, ma\u00edz tostado y otros productos. Tambi\u00e9n el cultivo de la yuca y los derivados del \u00e1rbol de pich, cuyos frutos se deshidratan y muelen para hacer harina. Tiene mucho potencial no solo como suplemento de alimentaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n para alimentaci\u00f3n humana\u201d.<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u201cLo m\u00e1s valioso -dice Hiram- es que a los estudiantes no les representa una inversi\u00f3n adicional, sino que son insumos con los que cuentan porque son de sus padres, suyos o de la comunidad donde viven, y esto representa una oportunidad de progreso en el futuro\u201d.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c95f38 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c95f38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Al final, el resultado deseado para el ITSH es que los estudiantes logren organizar y formalizar sus ideas para que detone en una red de mercado en la que puedan vender sus productos sin intermediarios o a centros de acopio m\u00e1s formales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, the W.K.
