{"id":4269,"date":"2022-04-22T04:35:38","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T04:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/transforminghigher.education\/?p=4269"},"modified":"2022-04-22T04:35:40","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T04:35:40","slug":"transforming-higher-education-at-the-technological-institute-of-conkal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/transforminghigher.education\/es\/transforming-higher-education-at-the-technological-institute-of-conkal\/","title":{"rendered":"RANSFORMANDO LA EDUCACI\u00d3N SUPERIOR EN EL INSTITUTO TECNOL\u00d3GICO DE CONKAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Apropiaci\u00f3n y empoderamiento: Acciones que generan corresponsabilidad para el \u00e9xito del proyecto.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Autor: Jorge Gamboa, facilitador del proyecto Transformando la Educaci\u00f3n Superior en el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Conkal, M\u00e9xico.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto transformando la educaci\u00f3n superior, es una iniciativa educativa que busca mejorar las habilidades y participaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes, apoy\u00e1ndose en cinco elementos clave para el \u00e9xito: aprendizaje experiencial, emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n, compromiso comunitario, resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y valores y \u00e9tica. Sin embargo, la oferta de estas herramientas de ense\u00f1anza \u00bfson suficientes para lograr la transformaci\u00f3n educativa deseada?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Conkal, uno de los principales objetivos y retos ha sido empoderar al alumnado, para que sean ellos quienes se involucren y promuevan el cambio que les beneficie. La universidad debe proveer acceso a espacios donde puedan externar opiniones, momentos de reflexi\u00f3n y autoan\u00e1lisis en conjunto con compa\u00f1eros y profesores, para evaluar las acciones implementadas en cada uno de sus proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n en este tipo de espacios, empoderan al alumnado y crean autoconfianza para emitir opiniones o tomar decisiones que permitan encauzar su formaci\u00f3n. En este sentido, al ser part\u00edcipe, se crea una corresponsabilidad para empujar las iniciativas, exigir los cambios que consideren necesarios y mantener una participaci\u00f3n constante y proactiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, una acci\u00f3n central en la que est\u00e1 trabajando el Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Conkal, es formalizar la creaci\u00f3n de un comit\u00e9 estudiantil que de voz a la opini\u00f3n de los alumnos y sea part\u00edcipe en la toma de decisiones ante directivos y representantes del instituto, lo que derivar\u00e1 en darles poder de opini\u00f3n y que se sientan respaldados y sobre todo respetados en su sentir. Esto \u00faltimo cobra relevancia, tomando en cuenta que en formaci\u00f3n universitaria coexiste el desarrollo de capacidades de aprendizaje, tanto como la regulaci\u00f3n de las capacidades emocionales de los estudiantes, que, en conjunto, conforman el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acompa\u00f1amiento del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Conkal para el empoderamiento de los estudiantes involucra una acci\u00f3n educativa con ambiente de aprendizaje sensible, respeto y de apoyo a la comunidad estudiantil. Con ello, se pretende alcanzar el desarrollo de competencias profesionales y personales que estimulen en conjunto, el crecimiento personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personas sensibles, humanas, con seguridad en la toma de decisiones, son caracter\u00edsticas claves para fomentar la corresponsabilidad formativa que se busca, que permite que los alumnos y profesores, sean aliados en dirigir y empujar las acciones pertinentes para el \u00e9xito del proyecto educativo. A la fecha se han dado resultados con excelente aceptaci\u00f3n, incluso manifestada por exalumnos, al ver las oportunidades y mejoras implementadas en las nuevas generaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien esta iniciativa conlleva en s\u00ed, tiempo para implementarse, cabe mencionar que la naturaleza de cambio de generaci\u00f3n tras generaci\u00f3n, el conocimiento y la sociedad, indican que es una iniciativa din\u00e1mica, que estar\u00e1 en constante cambio, donde la participaci\u00f3n activa de los profesores y estudiantes permitir\u00e1 ir identificando \u00e1reas de oportunidad y proponer acciones que permitan la mejora continua.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Appropriation and empowerment: Actions that generate co-responsibility for the success of the Transforming Higher Education Project.
